This is a fully guided private tour (You will have your own air-conditioned vehicle and a personal services of a driver/guide) the tour can be fully customised according to your requirements (Your choice of accommodation, attractions etc) you can start the tour at a preferred date.

Important points to note

  • It is not possible to cancel any booking after making the payment. Therefore, payment once made will not be refunded.
  • Optional excursions and additional services could be provided for which an additional charge will be applicable.
  • The official check-in time at all hotels will be 14:00 hrs.
  • The official check-out time at all hotels will be 12:00 hrs.
  • Visits to wildlife parks will be at client’s own risk. Jeeps available are non air-conditioned and very basic with basic insurance covers
         (not comprehensive as in the case of vehicles that will be used for tours)

Day 01 - Negombo to Anuradhapura

Warmly welcomed by a Chauffeur guide at the airport and transfer to Anuradhapura
Upon arrival touring starts from the vicinity of Negombo. The most iconic stops among the rest are; Negombo fish market, St, Sebestian and St. Mary’s Church, Dutch Canal and Boat rides on the lagoon. Journey proceeds to Anuradhapura

Day 02 - Anuradhapura, Mihinthale to Polonnaruwa

Breakfast at a hotel and travel to Polonnaruwa
Sightseeing and a city tour in and around either by bike or the tour vehicle (If you need an area guide, we can provide free of charge), the heart of the city is the Sri Maha Bodhi- a sapling gifted from the Bo tree under which Lord Buddha attained enlightenment. En route to Polonnaruwa visit Mihintale, the land where Buddhism expanded from.

Day 03 - Polonnaruwa to Sigiriya

Breakfast at a hotel and travel to Sigiriya
Journey starts off by touring the ancient city either by tour vehicle or a refreshing bike ride. The city is of a number of Buddhist monuments and ruins aging over time. A real Sri Lankan farmer’s lunch with traditional rice and curries will be the ideal to have. Evening will be spent at Minneriya/ Kaudulla/ ECO safari.

Day 04 - Sigiriya to Habarana

Breakfast at a hotel and travel to Habarana
Starts off the day with a climb up the Lion rock, Sigiriya; followed by the trek is an Ayurvedha, full herbal treatment package from Habarana. Evening will be spent touring the village for a better know how of the area. This tropical experience cannot be bought!! [Hiriwadunna]

Day 05 - Sigiriya to Kandy

Breakfast at a hotel and travel to Kandy
En route to Kandy visit the Golden Cave Temple in Dambulla, Herbal and Spice garden, the Hindu Temple and Alu Vihare in Matale, and a welcoming cultural dance in Kandy; with the heart of the city being the Temple of the tooth relic.

Day 06 Kandy via Colombo

Breakfast at a hotel and travel to Colombo
Travelling back to Colombo we plan to visit; the Royal Botanical Garden in Peradeniya and Pinnawala Elephant orphanage/ Millennium Elephant Foundation.

Day 07 - Departure

Breakfast at a hotel.
Tour around the Colombo city and shop for the loved ones till the time of departure.
Drop at the airport.
